All communication regarding your reservation(s) will be sent via email. During your initial call, our trained reservation specialist will gather all required details to ensure your experience is exceptional. All confirmations and updates are sent via email. PARKER LIMO SERVICE is not responsible for emails filtered into spam or junk folders. It is the Booker’s responsibility to verify all information and notify us immediately if anything is incorrect.
This confirmation acts as your primary service agreement. Any modifications will be reissued via email, marked as updated. Payment receipts, deposits, and final invoices will be emailed at the time of processing or within 24 hours of service completion.
Payment Requirements
All reservations require immediate payment or a deposit to secure your booking. Remaining balances follow the schedule below. Additional charges incurred during service will be billed following completion.

While chauffeurs pre-plan routes to ensure timely arrival, PARKER LIMO SERVICE is not responsible for delays outside our control, including weather, traffic, mechanical failure, road closures, or incorrect pick-up/drop-off details. Dispatch will notify you immediately of any delays.
Warm Weather Notice
Large vehicles, such as Sprinters, limousines, and buses, cool approximately 20–30°F below the outside temperature. Extreme heat or full passenger loads may reduce cooling performance. Services will not be discounted or refunded due to warm conditions.
Rates & Additional Charges
All-Inclusive Rates: Your quoted rate remains the same unless additional time or extra charges apply.
Gratuity: Chauffeurs receive 100% of gratuities. If a chauffeur indicates otherwise, call our office immediately at 303-332-7076.
Additional Charges: These may include wait time, additional stops, tolls/parking, and damage fees.
Airport Procedures & Policies
PARKER LIMO SERVICE automatically adjusts pick-up times based on flight schedules. Significant delays may result in slight chauffeur delays depending on availability.
Commercial Flight Tracking
Flights are monitored across multiple systems. It is the Booker’s responsibility to provide accurate flight information and to notify us if they switch to a different flight than the one originally provided. Any unreported changes may result in wait-time fees or late-cancellation charges..
PARKER LIMO SERVICE is not responsible for missed connections, airline cancellations, or inaccurate airline reporting. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
Private Flight Tracking
If a tail number is trackable, it follows the commercial flight policy. If not trackable, chauffeurs stage 15 minutes before scheduled arrival; wait-time begins at scheduled arrival time.
Airport Pick-Up Instructions
You will receive a text message from the chauffeur after landing. If unable to locate the chauffeur, call 303-332-7076.
DEN – Curbside
Chauffeurs stage at:
• West Terminal: Door 512 at the baggage claim level – Island 2
• East Terminal: Door 505 at the baggage claim level – Island 2
If you have a large amount of luggage, you may request that your chauffeur pick you up from the closest exit to your baggage carousel.
Please locate your assigned vehicle using the provided license plate number and check your text messages for additional details.
A sign with the passenger’s name can be displayed upon request.
DEN – Inside Meet & Greet
A greeter meets you outside the secure area with a name sign and escorts you to baggage claim and to your chauffeur. Additional fee applies.
COS – Colorado Springs Airport
The chauffeur waits at the bottom of the escalators near baggage claim with a name sign.
Other Airports
Procedures vary; instructions will be texted upon arrival.
FBOs
Tarmac pick-up offered where permitted. Policies may vary by FBO.
